Community Drum Circles
7Arts in Greenwood, Nova Scotia offers monthly inclusive HealthRHYTHMS drum circles for seniors and community members. The drum circles are held the second Thursday of every month from 1 – 2 pm. Registration is free and we supply the drums.

The HealthRHYTHMS drum circle helps you feel calm and connected. We explore creativity through rhythms and wellness exercises. This circle is welcoming and inclusive. No musical experience is necessary. Drums are provided but you are welcome to bring your own if you have one. Everyone can drum!
